Out of area registration scheme
The out of area registration scheme launched by the government is voluntary and this practice has chosen to participate in this scheme. This means we are  able to register patients living outside our catchment area, however this is discretionary and may not be appropriate for all patients. Please speak to one of our receptionists for more information

PATIENTS WHO DO NOT ATTEND (D.N.A’S)

mobilephoneWe lose between 20-25 appointments each month because patients book appointments then fail to turn up. This is very wasteful of doctor and nurse time, time which could have been used for other patients. There are many reasons for this behaviour including forgetfulness, travel problems and difficulty contacting us by telephone amongst others.

If you cannot keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible by telephoning the following numbers:

  • 07860775920 (Dedicated number for cancellation of appointments)
  • 0208 478 1366

You may also cancel your appointment by faxing the practice on the following number:-  0208 491 9066.

If you have booked your appointment using the internet access, you can also cancel your appointment on line.
