COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information

Please do not come to the surgery - please call us or message online instead - regardless of whether you have symptoms or not.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation we have changed how we deliver appointments. We are now no longer offering face to face appointments unless a patient has been triaged first by a clinician either by phone or online econsult as above. The majority of issues can be dealt with by phone but if you need to be seen our clinicians will organise this. We have also had to stop some routine services at this difficult time.

COVID-19 vaccine

The covid vaccination programme will shortly be underway in Redbridge. As the vaccination programme gets underway we will invite patients who are eligible to have the vaccine to book their appointment,

Please do not contact your GP for a COVID-19 vaccine. The NHS will contact people directly and there will be extensive public information announcements about how, where and when you can get vaccinated. More details expected very soon.

For now we ask our residents to help us deliver this effectively to those who need it most by doing the following:

  • wait to be invited for your vaccine – you will be contacted when it’s the right time to come forward so please don’t seek a vaccine before then;
  • act on your invite and make sure you attend your appointments when you arrange them; here.

You can find out more about the vaccine here:
