Try the New NHS App

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.  

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.
If you already use www.patientaccess.com you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well. For more information go to www.nhs.uk/nhsapp
 
Out of area registration scheme
The out of area registration scheme launched by the government is voluntary and this practice has chosen to participate in this scheme. This means we are  able to register patients living outside our catchment area, however this is discretionary and may not be appropriate for all patients. Please speak to one of our receptionists for more information

Test Results

test_results3Please call between 10am and 3.30pm to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.

A telephone appointment with the GP can be anytime during that day. No specific time will be given as to when the GP will call.
